Rufus is the # 1 King Shepherd of the Rarities/ North American Kennel Club 2008 Show Season. He is the winningest smooth coated king shepherd in the history of the breed. This title was held by shadow for seven years and it is an honor to be his successor. CH. Rufus is a black/red smooth coated King Shepherd. He is 30.5 inches at the shoulder and weighs 140 pounds.
While
he is a giant, he is easily and willingly controlled by a little eight year old girl, named Georgia. “Roo-Roo”
is a gentle and sweet companion adored by his family and friends.
Much to the surprise of family and friends, Rufus can be very protective.
When duty calls, he will stand and protect his family, their possessions, their home, and his pack without fear
or selfishness. He would give his life without hesitation to protect his charges. He has an outstanding King
Shepherd temperament. I wish everyone could know him and be blessed by such a pure hearted friend.
